The Premise

There is revenue sitting in your customer base right now, unmeasured and uncollected. I call it latent revenue, and it stays latent for a reason that runs in almost every company: no number, so no owner. No owner, so no instrumentation. No timing, so the batch blast. Failure that confirms the belief that selling more to your customers doesn't work.

Expansion should be the most predictable revenue in your business. In almost every company it's the least. The Build exists to fix that, at the machinery level, in two days, with your team in the room.

What Your Team Leaves With

This is not a training. Teams build. Each company leaves with five artifacts:

01
The Latent Revenue Number: what your base should be producing. The target that makes the gap visible, ownable, and missable.
02
The Expansion Inventory: everything your customers could buy from you or through you, written down for the first time.
03
The Unbundling Map: what stays in the initial sale, what gets held back, and what each held-back item is worth when it's earned.
04
The Milestone Map: the observable moments that signal readiness, with each offering attached to the milestone that earns it.
05
The Orchestration Playbook: who does what, triggered by which milestone. With a name at the top of it, assigned before anyone flies home.

Who's In The Room

Companies, not individuals. CEO, CRO, VP Sales, RevOps, and any leader who can influence the processes it takes to operationalize expansion. Bring your whole team.

The first domino of latent revenue is that nobody owns it, and a solo attendee recreates that problem the moment they land back home. The whole team in the room means the machine leaves the building already staffed. Think of it as an off-site, except the two days produce real work with real revenue impact. Some of it immediate, and certainly for Q4 and beyond.

Ten teams. Two days. Everyone flies home with the machine built and a name on it.

The Vouch

You can't buy entry to the Build until you've been vouched for. There's no checkout behind this page and no application form. Why gate a room this way? Because exclusivity without a reason is theater. Here's the reason, out loud:

I only want people in this room that someone I know and trust vouches will take action.

The Build isn't a seminar you can sit through. Ten teams build their expansion machines in the same room over two days, and the room only works if every team executes. So the filter isn't status, and it isn't budget. It's execution, vouched for by name.

A vouch is a judgment call, not a favor. Someone who knows your company and knows me puts their name on one specific claim: this team will do the work. That's the entire application.

The sequence, in order: someone vouches for your team. We talk. Then, and only then, your team can buy entry. The vouch costs nothing and it buys nothing. It earns the right.

And there's nothing waiting on the other side of the vouch but the room itself. No early-bird, no discounts, no sales mechanics. Rooms built on recommendation don't run sales.

How You Get In

The room caps at ten teams and is finalized September 18. If someone told you to be in this room, have them vouch for you. Give them my email address: lincoln@ltvmax.com. The vouch travels through the person who gave it, not through a form.

If you're the one doing the vouching: one line is enough. Who they are, and that they'll do the work.

No vouch? Start where the room starts: take the Latent Revenue Test. Six questions, ninety seconds. Most executives can answer two.
